I can still remember when I started my first email marketing. At that time I did not have a big amount of money to go for a paid email marketing program. So I was looking for a free email marketing tool or software. I searched on Google, watched dozens of YouTube tutorials what is the best and cheap email marketing software? After a long time of research, I found some cheap email marketing services. Then I made a list of the 7 best cheap email marketing tools. Before going for a payment plan I used their trial or free plan. Then I tried to compare their features, prices, and also how long they are in this industry.

However, today in this article I am going to share my research result. Here I have listed the 7 best and cheap email marketing services/software for your business, especially for beginners. So let’s go ahead and take a look at what is the best cheap email marketing software this year.

Table of Contents

List Of The Cheap Email Marketing Services:

The first email marketing software I love is comes with a decent user interface. The email marketing tool comes with a great drag and drops email editor. They have a great plugin and it is most popular for content management systems. By using you can convert videos to GIFTs. If you want to promote your eCommerce products then you can be done this by quick copying and pest your links. And if you have a website built with a WordPress website builder then you can use their plugin. The best part of this email marketing tool is the analytics tools include click maps and Google Analytics. You can set automatically resend to subscribers who did not open your email. It’s cool! I and my team like it.

The bulk email sending software comes with three different pricing plans. The free plan allows you to add up to 2500 subscribers and send 15000 emails a month. It’s really decent. My first email marketing campaign was run with’s free plan. And I can still remember I uploaded a 2442 email address. Maybe 449 emails bounced and I got 32 clicks. The next plan charges $10 and you can add 5000 emails and send up to 60000 emails per month. For more information, you can visit

  • Great dashboard
  • Cheap price
  • Great automation feature
  • Accurate email delivery rate
  • A fewer number of templates
  • No WYS/WYG editor for transactional emails

2. MailerLite

The next cheap email marketing software I like is MalilerLite. Many digital marketers say MailerLite is one of the best free email marketing software. If you compare with other applications, then MailerLite is young than others. Cool! Don’t be crazy. MailerLite comes with a clean interface and modern features. If you are a blogger or a small business owner then MailerLite is the best solution for you. The email sending tool is very easy to navigate with most sections working fast. And when I used their free plan, the editor works smoothly and has almost all the things you need. But one thing I did not like, MailerLite has the basic reporting available like or Constant Contact they don’t have a dedicated section. I hope the authority will take care of this and they will work on the section.

And the best part is the MailerLite is available in 8 languages and their support in 5. I loved it. So, if you are not good at English then it’s not a big deal for you. However, you can have up to 1000 subscribe for free, and you can send 12,000 emails per month. I think it’s not a small amount. The next plan 1000 subscribe with unlimited email costs $10 per month.

  • Free plan
  • Easy to use
  • Multiple language
  • Drag & Drop feature is slow

3. Mailchimp

Mailchimp is the most familiar email marketing tool in the email marketing world. The company claims roughly 10,800 emails out every second over their platform. And it’s true.

What do you need to run and analyze your campaign performance? Mailchimp comes with almost everything you need including geo-tracking, social media, advanced automation, Google Analytics, and more. It’s easy to use and comes with a clean interface. The editor is fast and simple, just drag and drop and create your campaign or you can also use templates. As I saw all the templates are responsive but if you ask me about the basic template then basic templates are not.

The best part of Mailchimp is most of the tools are available on their free plan. Mailchimp’s free plan allows you to send 10000 emails to 2000 subscribers. But the price plan steeps pretty once you start needing to increase your email or subscriber. The next plan costs $9.99 per month and allows you to send 50000 subscribers.

The part I didn’t like at all is MailChimp uses a third-party inbox preview tool and it costs $3 for 25 tokens. But if you take a look at the other email marketing software then you will see it’s completely free.

  • Free trial
  • Lead forms and landing pages are easy to manage
  • Easy to integrate with most popular tools
  • Complicated for the new users
  • Customer support is not much good

4. ActiveCampaign

The 3rd low costs email marketing tool I like is ActiveCampaign. The email marketing service comes with all the cool features you need to run an email campaign. The best part of ActiveCampaign is it comes with great automation features. Their Deals system (CRM System) allows you to add notes to contacts and set up appointments or simply send direct messages to them.

ActiveCampaign has a customer message feature. By using the customer message feature user can send targeted messages to their website visitors. It’s really cool. And I think they have the most powerful Automation tool I have tested.

Remember, ActiveCampaign is a powerful cheap email marketing service so for the first time its dashboard can seem a little messy and also complicated. But I can assure you it’s not hard to understand how to use it. You can watch some tutorials.

Sorry to say there have no free plan and comes with a free trial period of just 14 days. So If you are looking for a more budget-friendly email marketing tool then you should choose MailerLite or

  • Affordable
  • Easy to use
  • Automation Split Testing feature
  • Zapier integration
  • The drag and drop feature is slow

5. Mailjet

The 4th low-cost email marketing tool I like is Mailjet. Like Sender, Mailjet is also very easy to use and comes with a clean interface. The Drag and drop feature is pretty fast and easy. Many digital marketers say Mailjit is one of the more affordable newsletter software and provides over the market. The best part of this email sending tool is it comes with a cool collaboration tool. And I personally liked the feature. It supports 80 integrations including eCommerce platforms and Facebook.

If you think ActiveCampaign’s dashboard is a little messy then you can go with Mailjet. It allows users to collaborate in real-time with other team members. But this email marketing software didn’t include a landing page builder or sales funnel software. On the other hand, ActiveCampaign offers good automation. I did not like it and I hope in near future they will work on it.

But they provide a fairly good delivery report including openers, clickers, bounces, unsubscribes, and more. Its free plan allows you to send 200 emails per day to 200 subscribers. It’s pretty decent. Given a thumbs up. Though they don’t have rich features, overall if advanced features are not important then I will say Mailjet’s price and plane are very reasonable.

  • Free Plan
  • Multi-user collaboration
  • Cheap price
  • Easy to use
  • Automation conditions are too limited
  • Fewer templates

6. MailKitchen

MailKitchen is another best cheap email marketing software I would like to recommend. The email marketing tool comes with some clean features you need to promote your business or blog article. Actually, if you have a small budget and looking for someone who is offering great value of money then you can choose Mailkithcen.

The email sending tool comes with different pricing plans. Its free plan allows you to send an unlimited email database and send 10000 emails per month and 1000 emails per day. It’s cool, I liked it.

They have a great WordPress plugin so if you are a WordPress website then you can easily connect your site with Mailkitchen. Though they are not very much familiar with the email marketing industry I will say Mailkitchen is not far behind any email marketing tools.

  • Great Free plan
  • Ready templates
  • Cheap price
  • Not well-known

7. Moosend

Moosend is another cheap and powerful email marketing tool. I will say it’s excellent email sending software for businesses or entrepreneurs. The tool comes with a cool and pretty clean user interface and a decent dashboard. Setting up an email campaign is easy and hassle-free.

Like other bulk email sending software, Moosend offers a great step-by-step campaign creation wizard. The software features an easy drop and drag feature. I loved it. It allows you to upload email by CVS/excel, copy-pasting, or import from Google/Salesforce. And the best part is like Sender includes automation in all of its plans.

You may be surprised! The email marketing software can filter by the weather conditions in the contact locations. It’s amazing.

With a free plan, you can send unlimited emails to 1000 subscribers. And for up to 50000 email lists with unlimited emails costs $30 per month. Sometimes price plans could be changed.

  • Simple but powerful
  • Great automation feature
  • Real-time analytics
  • Limited support hours
  • Old templates
