As no medicine is approved to treat this disease so you have to follow some tactics to protect yourself and your family from the attack of Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
Here I am gonna share some tips on how to keep safe from COVID-19 suggested by WHO.
Wash Your Hands 5-6 times a day
Specialists say it is the no.1 way to prevent COVID-19. Wash your hands for about 20 seconds with soap and hot water. You can use hand sanitizer when you don’t have sufficient water and soap. You can do it 5-6 times a day.
Don’t use unwashed hands
Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, and Mouth with your unwashed hands. Doctors and Specialists say, COVID-19 comes at the touch of a hand and enters the human body through the nose and mouth. So avoid touching your eyes nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid Public Gathering
As it spread with cough and sneezing it’s better to avoid public gathering. Indeed, some people don’t have the chance to work at home But If it’s possible you should work from home and avoid social venues. And also avoid close contact with unwell people. Stay at least three steps away from other people in your home if possible.
Follow Public Health Guidelines
Almost every country implemented its own protective measures to slow the spread of the Novel Coronavirus. If your government has imposed guidelines, you should follow them to the best of your ability. High stress levels can destroy your immune system.
Besides your physical health, you should take care of your mental health. If you are overly anxious about coronavirus. I will just advise take it easily. Remember cough and sneezing is a common issue. Stay busy with something and focus on the things that you can control. And keep away from fake news.
It may be your home or workplace always keep it clean. It will help you to lead a healthy life. Always clean hands at the door and at regular intervals. And the most important thing increase ventilation by opening windows or adjusting air conditioning.
Don’t use your hand, use a tissue when you are getting cough and sneeze. If you get mucus or spit on your skin then clean it off right away.
Handle Food Carefully
Be careful when you are sharing food. Try to make it limited. If you are taking food from a shop or cafeteria make sure the staff and their close contacts practice strict hygiene.
Avoid unwell People
Stay at least three steps away from other people in your home if possible. If you live with someone who has a new continuous cough or high temperature then stay at home for 14 days in case symptoms develop. And if your symptoms get worse or are not better after seven days seek medical advice. You may be tested for the virus at a hospital.
Drink sufficient water, juice. Try to take those foods which contain Vitamin C. Leave smoking and take a shower daily.
Last of all follow you be careful and make others. Remember Coronavirus or COVID-19 it’s typically spread from one person to another via respiratory droplets produced during coughing. And it spread from touching contaminated surfaces and then touching one’s face.
