I don’t want to use a NetSpend Prepaid card anymore or I don’t like their service. But if you think like this you have to pay an extra amount. It will cost $5.95. Besides this, for every rejection at an ATM, you have to pay $1. So, it’s really wired. And I don’t like it at all.
